We’re a small, family-owned business that moved from 🇪🇬 Egypt and began our dream in 2025, proudly located in Jersey City, NJ. When we arrived, we searched everywhere but couldn’t find falafel or hummus that captured the true authentic Egyptian flavor we grew up loving.

So, we got to work in our kitchen — bringing our passion to life and sharing it with our wonderful neighbors in the Hudson County area. Our mission is simple: deliver the real taste of Egypt 🇪🇬 using time-honored recipes, fresh herbs, bold spices, and high-quality ingredients.

From our crispy, crunchy falafel (stuffed with healthy, flavorful fillings 🌿🥕🧄) to our silky-smooth creamy hummus — everything is handcrafted with care and love ❤️.

To keep it ultra-fresh, we operate on a preorder system: simply order before 6 PM and we’ll deliver fresh to your door the next day 🚚 (no deliveries on Sundays).
